The Mercer Island 9/10 Little League all-star team won the District 9 tournament.

The Mercer Island 9/10 Little League all star baseball team recently won the District 9 title.
The team will move forward to compete in the state tournament, which begins July 13 in Oak Harbor.
The tema includes: Alex Arron, Nathan Buchan, Tyler Butson, Evan Dickstein, Caiden Fukano, Wesley Ho, Michael Lee, Will MacCormack, Max Malakoff, Jack Mattox, Paul Noone, Rory Shanks and Tripp White.
The team is managed by Peter Noone and coached by Mike Dickstein and Andy Shanks.
