One spot left to fill in RP

In a newly reset RP of mine, there is only one spot left needed to be taken. The role of a Human and the Water Dragon he has a pact with. For the sake of gender ratio, I prefer the remaining character to be a guy since it's all we need to have an even number of both male and female in the RP. The Dragon can be either gender.

This is an RP that took 2 other previous setting forms and some nice inspired planning to finally bring to life and is assigned to surly have a long lasting adventure that will extend through many Chapters if those that join allow it to live that long.
